Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your paid ACS Monitor subscription at any time. Cancellation does not take effect immediately — your service continues until the end of your current billing period.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your account at acsmon.com
- Navigate to the Billing section from your dashboard
- Click "Manage Billing" to access the Stripe customer portal
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
When you cancel a paid subscription:
- Your service continues at the paid tier until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- At the end of the billing period, your server will automatically revert to the Free tier
- If your device/monitor count exceeds the Free tier cap (100), you will not be able to add new devices or monitors but existing monitoring will continue
Refund Policy
As ACS Monitor subscriptions are billed annually, our refund policy is as follows:
- Within 14 days of purchase — full refund available upon request
- After 14 days — no refund, but your service continues until the end of the billing period
To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact support@acsmon.com with your account email and server name.
Resubscribing
If you cancel and later decide to resubscribe, you can upgrade your server back to a paid tier at any time from your dashboard. Your license key and server configuration remain intact — upgrading simply increases your device/monitor cap again.
Deleting Your Account
If you want to delete your account entirely, you can do so from your profile settings. Account deletion will:
- Cancel all active subscriptions
- Revoke all license keys
- Delete your account data in accordance with our privacy policy
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your ACS Monitor instances will continue to operate with cached license data but will not be able to validate their licenses after the data expires.
